    It will totally help you lose weight! In addition, the muscle mass you build will help you burn faster. This particular video is more about stretching than building muscle, but I LOVE it right before bed. Makes me feel great!

    terrific video — well-chosen exercises, beatufiully demonstrated, excelent verbal cueing — “yawn” is great! — with good sense of where the weight is and where it has to go and what part of hte body should be feeling things. Teacher shows the action so you can’t mistake where the movement should take place. Bravo!

    it wont make you lose weight, its anaerobic. it will however tighten your transverse ab, giving the appearance that you have lost circumference

    Her name is Lara Hudson. This is 10 Minute Solution Pilates DVD, and it’s great. Do not buy her Rapid Results Pilates DVD; it just isn’t as nice, e.g., loud drumming so you can’t hear her voice.
