This is the only workout which helps my sore shoulder. And ever since I started doing it on a regular basis, I haven’t had a stiff neck either. Thanks so much! It’s great!

It may works, yes but it looks like pure torture !!! Nothing like exercicing in a swimming pool, it is easy and it works wonders …with no pain and stupid efforts! for godsake we only live once

are all the strange movements neccessary? this whole workout seems to be about creating lactic acid which will help you burn fat thanks to the hormones created (thus the “toning” part. toning just one bodypart is a myth by the way) so all you would really need to do to get the same effect faster is to chose a very simple movement with a light weight and do it many, many times.

I have seen/done LOTS of arm exercises. These are a choice pick. you can even feel them without weights. when you clamp down hard on your hands you can feel it in your face!!
Out of all the 10 series I like her, her voice is so nice to hear and fallow the steps!

oh yeah it does work …i love it …has made my arms feel really strong …i do it everyday as a part of a varied work out.
The pilates works! This video is just one little part of pilates, so try other videos for the other part of your body too. It will give you more energy with beatiful line!

The douche has not said the girl is ugly, and she’s not. The douche just think that intensive pilates may make her having no curves (and I am not talking about her chest), so the douche really feels sorry for not sharing your vision of perfection.
The douche also said “I love the exercises”. I had horrible arms and they look much better now.
Wow that feel so good. It hurts a little bit, but it works!
when a woman has a perfect body, there’s always a douche to say she looks like a man… this one’s just perfect, and the exercises really work.
are you sure you lost body fat and not muscle? what’s your body fat %?
