Ew, stretch marks… nobody likes them! Just when you’ve finally lost a lot of weight and built some nice muscles, these nasty stretch marks just creep up to ruin everything! If you don’t already know, they appear when your body has quick development changes resulting from bodybuilding, thinning, or pregnancy. Because your body is growing rapidly, the tissue fibers underneath your skin start tearing up because of too much stretching. This results in the unattractive scars that can appear across the body. In order to eliminate these stretch marks, there are various items you can use to make the scars fade away.
One of the easiest ways is by consuming Vitamin E capsules. By absorbing vitamin E, it will help create collagen to slowly get rid of the scars. You can also try to drink milk and eat other foods that are rich in vitamin E nutrients, such as almonds and spinach.
However, using vitamin E won’t work for everyone. If that method doesn’t work for you, then you’re going to have to use stretch mark removal creams. These are specifically designed to get rid of scars that occur due to the skin stretching.
