What is Bistro MD?
Bistro MD is basically a company which delivers diet foods all throughout the United States. Each of their meals have been created by chefs and approved by doctors for weight loss. Their foods are effective for diets because the meals contain high amounts of protein, have low carbohydrates, and each day only has about 1,100-1,300 calories.

All of their meals are shipped by Fed-Ex and arrive in approximately 2-5 days. By the time the meals arrive at your door, you’ll see that everything is frozen in a nice package to ensure that everything is in great condition.

So how’s the food?
When you sign up, you can order you meal from 4 different meal programs that offer you balanced nutritious meals. You’ll receive meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 optional snacks in between each of your meals. Overall, the meals are very tasty… sometimes it didn’t feel like I was eating diet food! Here’s a small sample of some of the items you’ll find from their menus:

The best part is that you barely have to do anything to prepare the meals! All you have to do is heat them up in the microwave or soak them in boiling water.

Pricing
There are four options for you to choose from:

1. $179.95 per week – 7 days of food with 2 snacks each day (there is one missing dinner so that you can make whatever you want)

2. $159.95 per week – Same as the previous option, but without snacks.

3. $144.95 per week – 5 days of food with 2 snacks each day.

4. $129.95 per week – Same as the previous option, but without snacks.

*Each of these options have a $24.99 shipping cost.

As you can see, Bistro MD is a very costly diet plan to live on for an extended period of time. It’s not possible to lose all of your desired weight in one or two weeks; you would have to keep up with Bistro MD’s diet program for at least a month to achieve your diet goals.

However, if you have the money to keep up this program, then it’s highly recommended. It won’t taste like your normal bland diet food. You’ll actually be able to enjoy your meals and lose fat at the same time! It’s also nice how everything is given in diet-controlled portions and will only take you minutes to prepare.
