Burn the Fat

Note: This is a review for a fitness product. Click here if you want to visit Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle’s website.

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is one of the most popular fitness/weight loss books on the market. Tom Venuto, the book’s author, claims that it’ll “reveal simple proven science of fat loss.” I’ve heard a lot of rave reviews about this product in regards to weight loss, so I decided to buy the book and see how good it truly is.

Before I get onto the review, I just want to say that before I purchased this product, I was pretty skeptical about its usefulness. When you take a look at all the other products within the weight loss industry, you’ll see that every fad or crappy product “claims” to be the best. With that in mind, I thought that Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle would just be some kind of outrageous gimmick with its weight loss claims.

I mainly heard about this book through a friend of mine, and I bought it because of him. When he first recommended it to me, he had claimed that he lost over 18 pounds using the techniques and methods from this book. At first, I didn’t believe him because I hadn’t seen him in about a couple months; but then I decided to meet up with him to see how he was… and lo and behold – he looked a lot leaner!

So now I’m here, writing this review. Let’s see how effective Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle really is…

What do you get when you purchase Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle?
When you purchase the “Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle” package, you’re getting a huge amount of value for your money. You’ll receive a huge fitness/weight loss book that has at least 340 pages of information, with zero fluff. I was pretty amazed because this is huge compared to many other weight loss books in the market. There’s a lot of useful text to read in this book; there are no pictures and it only has a few tables.

Not only are you getting the “Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle” book, but it will also come with a few nice bonuses to compliment your new lifestyle.

The three books you’ll be receiving are “The A Food, B Food Lecture,” “Foods that Turn to Fat,” and “Foods that Burn Fat!” When you read Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, you’ll be adopting a new and healthy lifestyle. These books are made to help you plan out you weight loss and muscle building diets within that new style. You won’t be just eating tuna and chicken every day and night; these bonus books show you a whole variety of foods that are a healthy part of your diet… as well as the bad ones you should be avoiding! Overall, these bonus books account for about an extra 75+ pages of information regarding foods.

The Things You’ll Learn from Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle
I’m pretty impressed as to how comprehensive this book is about weight loss techniques and exercise.

A lot of the fitness books that I’ve read usually just tell you the bare minimum facts; Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle actually guides you and takes you step by step with the actions you need to succeed!

For example, the book will guide you in setting goals and sticking to them, it will show you different diets that are good for your body, and it will teach you important things regarding weight training and cardiovascular workouts.

In order to give you an idea of what you will read in the book, here are some of the interesting things that I think are worth mentioning. In addition, if you look at the picture below, you’ll see exactly all the topics that the book will cover.

1. As soon as you start reading the book, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle will show you how to keep yourself motivated. As you’ve probably experienced before, if you start any fitness program, you’ll feel great you first or second week of doing it. But by the time the 3rd or 4th week comes around, you’ve probably lost motivation and have slowly stopped doing your exercise regimen. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle will show you how you should be setting realistic and measurable goals in order to work harder and stay on track.

2. Another part of the book focuses on busting diet fads and crazy methods that may do you more harm than good. The purpose of this chapter is to show you how ineffective they are so that you don’t get tempted to try them. For example, one diet it talks about is one of the most popular diets used by inexperienced people – the starvation diet. You’ve probably heard it before: cut back on tons of calories and you’ll lose lots of weight! However, the truth is that it’s counterproductive because your body will adjust for the lack of calories. Tom Venuto goes more in depth with explanations for this diet and other diets. This is a very useful chapter to help you learn about what is truly ineffective.

3. In regards to supplements, Tom and I believe in the same thing; there are a ton of supplements out there, but marketers are just good at hyping up crappy products (especially the ones that sound too good to be true!). In Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, you will only be recommended supplements that are scientifically confirmed to work. If you’re a person who’s emptying your wallet for supplements, then you’ll have to read this to learn about what’s effective and ineffective.

4. Most important of all is the exercise. Tom stresses cardio in addition to weight training in order to succeed. Instead of making you spend hours upon hours in the gym, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle will show you an assortment of methods so that you can do your exercises in the most efficient way possible. This is great if you’re hard pressed for time.

I am truly impressed by how much Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle covers. It’s a rare fitness book that actually merits all of the hype around it due to the fact that it can teach anyone the most important things regarding weight loss and muscle building. The book is quite long, but every single detail is important.

As I said before, here’s a screenshot of the table of contents. I’m presenting this screenshot to you so that you know the exact topics are that will be covered in Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

In a weight loss industry where many products or books try to rip you off, Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is a rare gem that I would recommend to everybody. Everyone is always trying to improve their body and get a lean physique. With that in mind, I can certainly say that this book is worth every dollar of your money because it will help you achieve your goal.

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle costs $39, but this is a pretty cheap product when you take a look at everything else in the weight loss industry! In comparison, it’s cheaper than many supplements and diet books (and those things may not even work!). You’re getting an remarkable deal from Tom Venuto due to the usefulness of his book. And if you find that this book isn’t effective for you, there’s an 8-week money back guarantee, so you can always return it and get a full refund.

If you haven’t already, take a look at Tom Venuto’s website for Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle and buy the book now!
