Today I’m going to talk to you about the best weight lifting supplements you can take to start building muscle faster, and maybe give you a little bit of an edge in the gym. Now before I go into some of these I just want to preface this by saying that if you plan on just taking supplements and you’re not working out and you don’t have a specific diet that you’re following, and a specific weight gain or muscle building program that you’re following, then these tips really aren’t going to help you.
