Fat Burning Furnace’s program works by completely tiring your muscles out. Rather than having to do multiple sets of an exercise, you only have to do one set of each exercise! He’ll also teach you about a lot about the dieting fads floating around, and why they don’t work!

In addition to the principles, he’ll also give you a meal plan and a website that contains many different food recipes for you to use. This allows you ample freedom to eat whatever you enjoy.
