    normal people (as you say) recieve therapy and retards is a disrespectful label that toxic people with issues use when referring to people in difficulty. yoga aint for you even it has been americanised.

    @mikeldna
    Then it’s yoga styled. Calm down! If it helps people, and they enjoy it, then who cares what it’s called?

  9. crystalsky84 says:

  10. GeggyJey says:

    thanks soooooooo much!! i’m gonna do this all !!!

  11. mikeldna says:

    Whilst one do yoga, is not necessary say the words like this relaaaaaaax.. in the old hindus texts, yoga has never been associated with relaxation, peace, but with power, energy, consciousness!

    This way of speak is what the american thinks about Yoga, americans generally destroy other´s cultures when try to copy it. It happens in music, dance…

    You “americanize” and destroy whatever you touch!

    Its ridiculous. This is a terapy voice, not Yoga.

    Normal people do Yoga, not retards.

  19. FCPAvid says:

    I think this is an effective approach to creating an appropriate feeling and state of mind. This is instruction given in a new medium, and every method should be judged by its results. And is yoga Indian? I mean no offence, but I think it is worth to consider the true source of a teaching, not it’s historical or geographic origin. I practice meditation, not yoga, that is my perspective on this series of videos. It is productive of good not negativity for many and long may we have such teachings.

  20. mikeldna says:

    Yoga teachers dont have to speak on this tone, this way of speak dont match with the real Indian yoga. Speak like a normal person, not like you were speaking to a retard child.

  21. Music4krista1 says:

    I LOVE this video. I’ve been doing this routine for a year now. I’ve even downloaded it to my ipod for when I don’t have access to a computer. This is my go-to video for relaxation and back pain relief. And its free too!

    Thanks!

    For those who are attached to this bodily machine, the yoga system is recommended. One who is overly attached to the bodily conception is taught to concentrate the mind by some physical gymnastics. Thus in haṭha-yoga one undergoes various physical disciplines, but the real purpose is to understand Viṣṇu, the Supreme. The various yoga systems are given for the machine of the body, but the process of bhakti is transcendental to mechanical arrangements.
