I did this yesterday and boy, I was out of breath! Difficult but if you can execute it properly it’s fun and gets your heart rate up nicely!

It’s hard for people to figure out caloric expenditure during exercises due to the fact that you have to account for a couple of things, one being, intensity, exertion, and the time elapsed and even most gadgets aren’t that precise, for example the body bugg is about 90% accurate and it’s one of the most effective gadgets to use.
