For some of us…Low-carb IS a lifestyle change, I understand you are trying to help, but low-carb has worked for many people changing their life, becoming healthier, losing weight, and gaining control of themselves. Every diet isn’t right for everyone…but I don’t have loss of energy or cravings after being low-carb for 8 mths…so maybe, just maybe….if you want to critique a diet, give some positives along with all those negatives
