I’m hawaiian and live in hawaii. honestly I wouldnt know if what she does in the videos are correct or not but I think people are forgetting that this is suppose to be a workout video not a hula or tahitian lesson video. just want to say thanks for posting these videos, love them!!!!

Since watching all the workout videos on youtube last week, I just received my first Tahitian Cardio Hula and Hula Abs and Buns. It is amazing and I have my 63 year old mom doing it with me! It’s so much fun and I sweat a lot wich is really good. Thank you for posting these videos, they really helped me make a fitness desicion.

Hallo, this gymnastic is fantastic. We have a beach in a turistic place in Italy, I would like to organize such a thing for next summer… but I cannot find the music. Someone can tell me the title of the soundtrack??? Thanksssss

You’re very welcome! Just a note, a lot of viewers have been saying these workouts don’t correctly represent Hula and Tahitian… I don’t know either well enough, but I hope you take a second source on finding the difference between them! Enjoy the DVD
