Skin in SUPER thin like paper, and it would hang like paper if it was just loose skin. It&#039;s encouraging to know that there are non-surgical approaches to take.

We can ATTACK the loose skin problem proper internal/external hydration; skin exercising (skin brushing and a hydrotherapy alternating hot &amp;cold shower); MSM based body soap &amp; lotions; Foods that help build collagen &amp; elasticity; Shea Butter moisturizer and/or Cocoa Butter (which will diminish or rid of appearance of stretch marks);  weight training (to further assist in fat-burning, raise the metabolism, and to help fill out the body and provide shape; lose weight steadily and slowly for permanency; PRACTICE all of the above before, during, and after weight loss so as to not have to deal with weighted skin that has no form to snap back to. It can shrink with the body while it is still filled out and keep doing so with the above practices.
