dumbeell power clean could be improved by sustaining the swinging motion throughout the exercise.
Try it , we do the same move before hockey practise. So after you swing your arms up with your upward movement , do the same , whiel goign down, letting the weights swing downwards, weighing you down with the squat, repeat swinging up and down, it will throw you off balance a little and add for extra core strength

actually if you check out scooby’s channel or other body building youtube channels there are a great deal of us that are healthy and workout.
We just dont spend as much time as some might on here.
I doubt that because over half the people on the internet/youtube are content to sitting,eating Mickey D’s, and not working out.
