sometimes cardio won’t work for you babe…i’ve bin doing it for a while only to find that im even gaining some pounds…that’s when i shifted to workouts n believe me,i’ve lost more that 30pounds in 3months.

My lower back kind of hurts when I do move #3. Is that normal? Lifting the hips like that usually puts strain on the spine… what should I do?
well you’ll tone and it gives the affects that you lost weight because your muscles are tighter so i think you do burn fat not too sure but yeah

go slow, keep doing them everyday, and it gets easier, so when it gets easy step it up… but go slow first, pulled muscles are not a pleasant feeling, if ur sore the next day, take it even slower…. u’ll only get sore if u dont stretch too… warm up before and cool down after… stretch… hope this helps
