You guys are awesome I want to drive to San Diego and just do that 25 minute cardio routine in that last video and now just seeing this is great especailly the Yoda quote very awesome
If you’re a beginner do it 3 times a week, with a day rest between the workouts. Also you should do cardio, at least 30 minutes every day for best results.
Heres how it is people..ive been a qualified personal trainer for 3 years now, i’m also a professional rugby player so take my advice or not. A 6 pack does not happen overnight, it takes commitment, and is a lifestyle!! Find the right combination of strength and cardio training and support this with a good diet! its common sense, you don’t have to train like rocky! have fun and when you train, go hard! 6 pack in no time..
That’s typical OCD bodybuilder type thinking. Try doing full range sit ups, making sure to keep your entire core isolated and straight the entire time.
I just do 3 sets of weighted sit ups, and if I don’t have weights I just do 3 sets of sit ups with higher reps. One thing I’ve learned about abs is that it’s like any other muscle, you don’t need to do five sets of 20 different exercises to work them.

sit ups arent the best because you are not engaging more than one core function.
