		<description>I just do 3 sets of weighted sit ups, and if I don&#039;t have weights I just do 3 sets of sit ups with higher reps. One thing I&#039;ve learned about abs is that it&#039;s like any other muscle, you don&#039;t need to do five sets of 20 different exercises to work them.</description>
