Turbulence Training Review
What is Turbulence Training?
Turbulence training is a weight loss program which comes in the form of downloadable e-books. Craig Ballentyne, the author of Turbulence Training, aims to help people lose fat in the fastest amount of time and with minimal effort on the reader’s part. But this isn’t just a short-term weight loss book; its aim is change your life style around so that you can stay healthy and lean for the rest of your life.
Craig Ballantyne is a popular coach who has appeared in magazines such as Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, Oxygen, and Shape. During his early career, he worked in a research lab, where he led tests on supplements, cardio training, and strength training. Nowadays, he’s a fitness coach who helps out hundreds of clients.
Who can use Turbulence Training?
Turbulence Training is pretty much geared towards any individual – male or female- that wishes to burn off fat and get fit. People of any age can use Turbulence Training, as long as their health is okay (if you’re starting a workout after a very long period of time, it’s recommended that you talk to your physician first!). But don’t get me wrong… Turbulence Training isn’t for lazy people… In order to get the most benefit from this program, then you’ll have to commit to a change in your lifestyle in order to incorporate the lessons from Turbulence Training.
Also, if you look at the sales page, you may notice that the program seems to be geared only towards men, but that’s not entirely true. As I said before, it’s for both men and women – in fact, Craig even includes an extra guide for women to use!
Update: Craig created a page specifically for women, so check it out by clicking here!
Turbulence Training’s Workout Program
For those of you that hate boring cardio, then you’re going to love Turbulence Training. The workout plan is based around short weight lifting sessions and interval sessions. You only have to work out for 40-50 minutes for 3 days per week.
But don’t mistake a short workout for an easy workout – instead of doing regular weight lifting exercises, you’ll be doing intense compound exercises (exercises that use multiple groups of muscles) during the strength training portion of the workout. The second portion of your workout is interval training. Unlike cardio, which only burns fat as you’re doing your exercise, the combination of weight lifting and interval training allows you to boost your metabolism and burn fat long after the workout – even while you’re sleeping!
Turbulence Training also switches the workout every weeks so that it can keep your body guessing (which is why it’s called Turbulence Training!). This prevents your body from getting conditioned to a regular workout program, which allows you to burn fat faster and to avoid plateaus.
For those of you that don’t have a gym membership, it’s possible to do many of the exercises from your own home (You may have to buy some extra weights, such as dumbbells if you decide to workout at home).

Conclusion
Overall, the workouts you’ll be using in Turbulence Training are very effective. You won’t get bored with any repetitive cardio or weight lifting exercises… you’ll be learning a lot of unique weight lifting techniques, including some exercises that will improve your core strength and make you into more of an athletic person – and all with equipment that you can use at home!
My only gripe is that it should’ve included a full diet program along with the workout. While a workout is important, eating properly is also just as essential! But if you manage to eat healthy foods and stay away from junk, you should be just fine with only the Turbulence Training guide.
If you’re interested at all, I recommend you take a look at the program. Not to mention, there are a ton of bonuses for you to read! There’s an 8 week money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied at all, so there’s no harm in trying it out!
