please,i know that there is small chance you will read my comment,but if you do,PLEASE tell me why am i not losing any weight,i eat 1000kcal and work out every day,what is wrong with my body?
high protein diets can be extremely dangerous. protein does not make you keep muscle. exercise builds muscle. it is good that you are eating more calories but I would highly recommend a low fat raw vegan diet (no animal products)..eat tons of fruit & some veggies & just a little bat of fats like avocado or nuts/seeds ..exercise and get sunshine!!! Check out this book: 80-10 10 by Dr. Doug Graham

You look fantastic, you have a pretty face, can you please comments, how many pounds you lost when you was doing waterfast, and when you start protein diet, I know is a hug difference, and probably how you was feeling with both.

I know what u mean by doing things the healthy way. I was bulimic for years, took phentermine in the past and did the starve, then binge thing…Im right here with you on learning the “right” way to lose weight. for good.
