thanks alot for uploading the video, very helpful. Could you please post a video with excercises for lower back as i’m in need to gently but sufficiently stretch and strengthen my lower back due suffering mild but chronic pain in that area.

thank you for uplading this video, tremendously helpful, not a yoga fan but this is simple and easy to do. Anyways, would you please upload a video for lower back stretching, as im suffering some kind of lower back syndrome that requires gentle but suffient exercises to improve and strengthen my lower back.

Any yoga positions for the backs of the thighs?
i like this yoga stuff its helped me alot with my advanced mma class or at least with jujitsu and i was wandering if u were familiar and if so if u knew more specific strechs for this

This is an amazing flexibility workout and same with the spit one I feel soo much better with alignments and even improved my posture big time thanks Esther I love your work your very explanatoryand I always make sure I get the stretch done right

sometimes depends on age. i was a dancer and the coach always pushed up into then it took about 3 weeks so about 9 practices for 2 hours. but if you constintly strech and ignore the pain it will come in a few months it makes a hude difference
it you do this every day, how long will it generally take to do the splits?
