This recipe is very simple and delicious!

1 Medium Onion
2 cloves garlic
Ground Turkey
4 cups black beans (approx)
2 cans organic diced tomatoes
1 box Organic Beef Broth
2 tbsp Chipotle Chili powder
2 tbsp Cumin Powder

Soak the black beans overnight, and then strain the next morning. Then, saute the onion, garlic, and ground turkey in a teaspoon of olive oil, starting with the onions and garlic. Combine all ingredients into a large pan and bring to a boil, and then simmer for a couple of hours. Delicious!!
